• Orders placed before 18:00 on business days are processed the same day; orders placed after 18:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day
• Preparation typically takes 1–3 business days, after dispatch, delivery is generally expected within 7–18 days

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided processing or shipment has not begun
• Cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours, or once an order has entered the shipping process, cannot be accepted
• If cancellation is no longer possible, customers may request a return and refund in accordance with the applicable return policy after delivery

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are handled according to the applicable policy. 

• Items can be returned within 48 days of receipt. A return label is included with the delivery and should be used to send back eligible items
• We do not offer exchanges due to coordinated inventory and shipping processes, all replacement requests are handled through the return and refund process
• Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, using the original payment method. Funds appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider
