Order Cancellation Procedure
1. Order Cancellation Timeframe
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. This timeframe allows requests to be handled efficiently before logistics arrangements begin.
2. Cancellations After 48 Hours
Cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours, or for orders that have already been dispatched, cannot be processed. Once dispatch preparation has started, orders are locked into the delivery workflow and cannot be reversed.
If cancellation is no longer available, customers may follow the return and refund procedure after receiving the product, subject to the applicable return conditions.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation within the eligible period, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Include your order number and a brief reason for the request to help us locate and review your order promptly.
4. Refund Handling for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations within the 48-hour window will receive a full refund. Refunds are initiated using the original payment method and are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
